DC League of Super-Pets The Adventures of Krypto and Ace-FLT is a scrolling shooter for families. As the name suggests, this title is based on the popular comic book universe. The video game focuses on Ace and Krypto, two dogs who are the favorite pets of Batman and Superman. The action takes place in Metropolis. In the story, superhero dogs try to foil Lex Luthor’s plans. The antagonist seeks to kidnap homeless animals and lock them up in his LexCorp zoo. To do this, he created a battle suit and built an army of lexbots. To stop the villain, the super pets are helped by their friends – P.B. the pig, Merton the turtle and Chip the squirrel. This project was created as part of an advertising campaign before the release of the full-length animated film of the same name in theaters. However, the game has almost no spoilers as it focuses on the gameplay rather than the plot.
You can play as both heroes. One dog can use arctic bark and laser light, while the other relies on batarangs and body blows. Despite the choice of characters, DC League Superpets: Adventure Crypto and Ace is a single-player video game. The gameplay resembles the Star Fox rail shooter series. The selected hero moves forward independently. The user can move the dog around the screen to avoid obstacles and attack enemies in various ways. There are a total of 15 main missions, 3 boss battles and several side quests. In addition to flying and fighting, you still need to rescue animals, take care of them in the shelter and help them find new owners. This entertainment comes in the form of mini game cards. Awarded extra skill points for easy leveling.
