Climate change has been the catalyst for many events leading to the destruction of our world; rising sea levels flooded the coast. Only you can help humanity survive by leading your group of survivors on the path to redemption. Starting with a bunch of lost survivors, you must gather resources, rediscover technology, and keep the peace between the various factions as you work to rebuild society.
The world as you knew it has disappeared, replaced by islands, swamps and isolated groups of survivors. With limited resources, you must explore the world island by island, helping those you can and dealing with those who don’t share your vision for the future. There is more to the city than just people. Food, shelter, water, health, safety – the list is long and varied. Technologies will be researched along a branched research tree, buildings will be improved and specialists will be trained. You must make sure that all these needs are met; the work was made even more difficult by the limited resources, space, and manpower to carry out these tasks.
